These software and services are provided as either free or paid, as specified in individual products, and are offered as is without warranty of any kind. Additional services might be provided at a cost; please refer to indications within individual products.
SneakBit is a paid game.
Pinball, Unlimited Radio, and Retro Deck are free apps supported by ads and in-app purchases.
By downloading or using any of my apps or services, these terms will automatically apply to you — you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or my trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.
For translations, please reach out if you are willing to donate your time for adding new languages, so I can provide you with the proper support.
Some of my apps are open source. Please refer to the licensing available in the repository of that specific project for instructions on how to contribute. Licensing instructions in the official repository may override the contents of this document.
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Federico Curzel.
Some of my free apps and games display ads provided by Google AdMob. By using an ad-supported app, you agree that ads may be shown during your use of the app. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases (e.g. removing ads). These are one-time, non-consumable purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can restore previous purchases at any time from within the app. No account or registration is required.
Unlimited Radio uses a machine learning model to generate music procedurally on your device. Retro Deck uses a local large language model for card gameplay. All AI processing happens entirely on-device; no data is sent to external servers. The models were trained on publicly available datasets and produce original output at runtime. No copyrighted content is stored or reproduced by these apps.
I am committed to ensuring that my apps are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, I reserve the right to make changes to any app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. I will never charge you for an app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
I may wish to update an app at any time. System requirements may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. I do not promise that I will always update an app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the operating system version that you have installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.
I may also wish to stop providing an app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless I tell you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
You should be aware that there are certain things that I will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but I cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to the internet.
If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data while accessing the app, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, I assume that you have received permission from the bill payer.
I cannot accept responsibility if your device runs out of battery and you can't use the Service. Although I endeavour to ensure that my apps are updated and correct at all times, I do rely on third parties to provide information, and I accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of any app.
For paid apps and in-app purchases, refunds are handled according to the relevant platform's refund policies (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). Please contact the platform directly for refund requests.
I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
